HANOI – HALONG – NINH BINH
With a total area of 700 hectares, the Bai Dinh complex is the location of Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest Buddhist centre in South East Asia, with hundreds of statues of different sizes. You will be attracted by the architecture which is so marvelous, majestic but still preserve traditional features.
The site is in the process of being completed, but it has been attracting a large number of visitors. Leaving Bai Dinh, you will head to Trang An ecological tourist site, where you will have the chance to visit many caves of different sizes. You will be surprised by the natural beauty of each cave…
Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL
Today you’ll land in Hanoi. Warmly welcome by tour guide and driver at the airport then transfer to a hotel in Hanoi. Check into your hotel.

Day 2: HANOI SIGHTSEEING FULL DAY (B, L)
Hanoi, a city of lakes, is a very attractive city with French-style architecture. You have a full day of sightseeing ahead, we will visit Ho Chi Minh Complex which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside), the Presidential Palace, House-on-Stilts, and One Pillar Pagoda, which was built by Ly Thai Tong. Then we will visit the Museum of Ethnology, this museum is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. As well as the comprehensive array of exhibits inside, there are also traditional tribal houses reconstructed within the ground.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will visit the Temple of Literature which was originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first University dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education. Then stop in the heart of Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, which contains an islet with a tiny Tortoise Pagoda.
45 minutes Cyclo takes you around the Old Quarter.
Enjoy a water puppet show before returning to your hotel.

DAY 3: HA NOI - HA LONG BAY (B/L/D)
Transfer to Halong by 2 hrs driving.
Board an overnight cruise for 2D1N Halong exploration.
Stay overnight on board.
DAY 4: HA LONG BAY - HA NOI (B/L)
Get back to Hanoi from Halong Bay.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 5: HA NOI – NINH BINH – HA NOI (B/L)
Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Ninh Binh. Arrive at the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues. The biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam is 10 meters in height and 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry and pork storage vessel.
Afternoon: Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou, which is in mystery and wildness. See the scenery of mountains and rivers Ha Long on the land of Ninh Binh, and then return to Ha Noi.
Evening: Free for leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 6: DEPARTURE (B)
Free day at leisure until transfer to Hanoi airport for your departure flight.
