BAI DINH – TRANG AN – MUA CAVE 1 DAY
1. Bai Dinh Pagoda
The Bai Dinh Pagoda Spiritual and Cultural Complex consists of the ancient old temple and a more expansive temple that was recently built. It is regarded as the greatest complex of Buddhist temples in Vietnam and has grown to be a well-liked destination for pilgrimages by Vietnamese Buddhists.
2. Trang An
Since 2014, UNESCO has designated the Trang An Landscape Complex, Vietnam's first and only mixed heritage site, as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage site. With its splendor of unending blue, it is referred to as "Halong Bay on Land" and is also regarded as Vietnam's "Outdoor Geological Museum."
3. Mua Cave
Because the site was once said to be where Tran King used to go to enjoy dancing and singing performances in this cave, Mua Cave got the name "Dancing Cave". This cave is not particularly stunning, but there are panoramic views from the summit above, which is down a peaceful road amid rice terraces.
07.30 – 08.00: Our bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter then depart for Ninh Binh City. There is a short break on the halfway.
10:00: Arrive at Glimmering Bai Dinh pagoda complexes, the largest pagoda, not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia. Scenically set on the foot hill of Dinh Mountain surrounded by amazing views of the exquisite river valley below and dotted and the limestone karsts dotted around which will take your breath away.
This pagoda complex stunningly boasts an array of the most massive and magnificent architecture of Vietnamese tradition refined ever built that it takes a full day to explore all. So you will visit some of the highlights that owned the nation: 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats), 2 huge bronze bells, one weighs 27 tons, other weighs 36 tons. Visit The Quan Yin statue with thousands of arms and eyes, Visit the Gautama Buddha statue.
12.00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
13.30: Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an outstanding natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometers that rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous freshwater ponds, and jungle. Embark on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,... Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…
15.30: Visit Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). By climbing nearly 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain and enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the Tam Coc River.
17.10: Come back to Hanoi by bus
19.30: Arrive in Hanoi, we will drop you off at your hotel.
