Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2025 | Taste Vietnam’s Coastal Essence

From October 30 to November 2, 2025, the vibrant Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2025 will take place at Sun Carnival Square, Ha Long Street, Bai Chay Ward.
With the theme “Quang Ninh – The Destination of Culinary Essence”, this major event, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh Province, promises to be one of the most anticipated culinary and tourism festivals in Vietnam.

A Grand-Scale Festival with Over 200 Booths

This year’s festival will feature around 200 food booths from both domestic and international participants, divided into three main zones:

1. International Cuisine Zone – showcasing about 50 booths from world-renowned hotels, restaurants, and culinary brands. Visitors can enjoy global street food, bakery arts, live cooking shows, and entertainment activities.

2. Vietnamese Cuisine Zone – divided into three regional areas representing the North, Central, and South of Vietnam, offering traditional dishes and exciting culinary demonstrations.

3. Quang Ninh Cuisine Zone – featuring around 100 booths recreating the province’s distinctive coastal and mountainous culinary spaces, with signature dishes such as Ha Long squid cake, Tien Yen “nodding” rolls, Ba Che yellow flower tea, and Binh Lieu herbal tea.

Where Food, Culture, and Technology Meet

A highlight of Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2025 is its creative integration of traditional cuisine and modern technology.
Visitors can learn how to cook local specialties like grilled squid cakes, spring rolls, and sticky rice cakes — and even experience virtual reality (VR/AR) technology to explore the origin of ingredients: from seafood harvesting in Ha Long Bay to organic farming in Binh Lieu.

The event will also feature:

• Folk and ethnic art performances from Quang Ninh’s communities

• Cocktail demonstrations using local ingredients

• Free “Discover Quang Ninh Cuisine” workshops

• Live experiences by famous food bloggers and YouTubers, bringing the festival to audiences worldwide through livestreams and vlogs

Promoting Tourism and Local Culinary Heritage

The festival is part of Quang Ninh Province’s 2025 tourism development plan, aiming to attract 20 million visitors, including 4.5 million international tourists.

Beyond gastronomy, the event seeks to honor culinary culture, connect businesses, and promote OCOP (One Commune One Product) products to both domestic and international audiences.
Organizers expect between 30,000 to 50,000 visitors during the four-day celebration.
