On November 19, the National Tourism Promotion Conference 2026 was officially held in Ninh Binh city, organized by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism in collaboration with Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Ho An Phong.
