Ho Chi Minh City’s Green Food Festival 2025: Celebrating Vegetarian Cuisine and Sustainable Living
A Celebration of Vietnamese Vegetarian Culture
From October 31 to November 4, 2025, the Green Food Festival 2025 will take place at Binh Phu Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event is co-organized by the People’s Committee of Binh Phu Ward and the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Beverage Association (FBA).
It aims to honor Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine while spreading a message of green and healthy living.
The festival’s theme, “Delicious from Taste – Wholesome from the Heart,” reflects its goal of promoting mindful eating and compassion.
More than 200 booths from vegetarian brands, restaurants, and OCOP producers will join.
Organizers expect around 150,000 visitors during the five-day event.

A “Zero-Waste” Festival for a Sustainable Future
Designed as a “Green Festival – Zero Waste” event, the Green Food Festival 2025 not only showcases food but also encourages environmental responsibility. The venue will feature eco-friendly materials, waste sorting zones, and reusable dining ware, setting a new benchmark for sustainable festivals in Vietnam.

Through vegetarian cuisine, the festival spreads messages of love, sustainability, and community responsibility, encouraging people to adopt positive living habits in modern urban environments.
