1. How will I receive my payment?

When you complete your booking with us via the website or a counselor, you will receive an email confirming the deposit.

2. Do you have our included flight ticket?

100% of our tour does NOT include international flight tickets.

3. Can you make a visa letter?

We do not provide visa-related services, including visa letters. But in an emergency, you can also contact us for help

4. When do we pay for the tour?

You must pay a 30% deposit in advance when deciding to book a tour, Balance must be paid before the departure tour

5. Can I amend my departure date after making a reservation?

If you need to amend your departure date, please kindly contact our travel consultant to check your availability for you. If the cabin is available, we will amend the booking for you with no surcharge.

6. How can I order meals as a vegetarian or special diet?

We have an alternative menu to suit your food requirement. If you have any diet restrictions, please kindly advise us so that we can make well preparation for you in advance.

7. Why do we find other companies cheaper / more expensive?

Currently, many companies provide services due to the competition so there will be different prices depending on factors such as Quality of service, number of people…

8. What is the best time to travel to Vietnam?

Any time you can travel Vietnam but the best time to travel Vietnam is from Oct to the end of May (Winter and Spring).

9. How many payment methods does TRIPASEAN offer?

We offer 4 different payment methods for you to choose from:

• Pay by credit card
• Pay by Paypal
• Payment via bank transfer
• Pay by cash at the TRIPASEAN office

10. Is my personal information kept private?

Of course. We do not disclose any of your information except some necessary information to hotel partners for them to make a reservation. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

11. Can I join the tour if I am pregnant?

If you are pregnant, we advise you to make a serious check-up with your doctor. If your doctor says you can go, you can. However, if you are more than 32 weeks pregnant, we recommend you hold off on your trip.

12. What about the children’s policy? 

• Under the age of 04 free of charge, parents take care of themselves, each couple is accompanied by 01 baby.
• From 04 to under the age of 06 tour price 50% of adults, parents care.
• From 07 to 10 years old tour price 75% of adult tour, private standard.
• 11 years old apply the adult tour price, full service as an adult
